This is a piece composed by Hossein Alizadeh a Persian composer of contemporary Persian classical music. It is an improvisation from a Sema or in other words a Sufi ritual. In this piece there are actually 2 ney players bouncing off each other. As one runs out of breath the other begins in harmony, with fading in and out.
